What is the delivery cutoff time?
Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. are eligible for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the following day.
Which days is same-day delivery available?
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Sunday.
How much time does provincial shipping usually take?
Provincial orders typically arrive within 5 days to 1.5 weeks after ordering, delivered via LBC.
Shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Which couriers handle your shipments?
We use LBC for deliveries outside Metro Manila, and partner with local couriers for same-day deliveries within the area.
Are warranty or replacements covered?
We provide a a standard warranty of up to 1-year from the date of purchase, along with a 7-day replacement policy if our technicians determine the unit is eligible.
